Understanding our services and your role

Our services primarily involve document preparation and credit education. We will meticulously evaluate your current credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies to help you identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You maintain control and will choose which items you wish to dispute.

We will advise you on the necessary steps to dispute any identified inaccuracies and prepare all required correspondence. Your cooperation in forwarding us correspondence received from credit reporting agencies is crucial for our continued assistance. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are available via personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, or email during normal business hours.

Dispute resolution and cancellation policy

In exchange for our services, you agree to pay the fees outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date it was signed. Simply send a written notice as detailed in your client agreement. We strive to provide accurate credit information and clearly explain your options. Please note, we do not provide legal advice; for such matters, consult an attorney.
